English Listening Methodology
In this course, we are going to look at English teaching methodology, focusing especially on listening and vocabulary teaching methodology. First of all, we are going to combine actual learning and learning from the textbook about the English teaching method “3 Step System”. Using the experience and knowledge, we are going to create a listening training material based on the “3 Step System” and using the material in a trial lesson.
As for how the lesson is conducted, in the first semester, we are going to discuss the context of the textbook and the handouts in class. For the second semester, we are going to put what we’ve learned in the first semester into actual practice by making our own materials and conducting a trial lesson and discussing the effective teaching method and presentation method in class.
